This Right Now team was Awesome! On Friday, the wonderful employee to fix my plumbing, Tyler did awesome. He figured out where the pipe that was leaking into my home. Then he repaired it quickly and helped place all the pieces, and machinery where they needed to be. Tyler explained all, and still all is working so well in my home now. I can't say enough good about this business. Jeremy and his crew re-piped my house. It took 4 days and these guys never stopped. They showed up on time and stayed all day. Despite being exhausted, they were never in a rush to leave, kept the work areas CLEAN and left nothing to chance. The many holes in my drywall were necessary to cut but they made nice clean and dimensional openings that made drywall repairs much easier. When it comes to your home, don't take chances. Just hire these folks.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our water heater went out Saturday afternoon and I didn’t know what to do about the horrible gas smell either. I sent a request for a quote on the website and received an auto reply stating someone would get ahold of us within 1-2 hours. Tyler called and explained the smell and put me at ease about that, he built an estimate within 20 minutes of a phone call and sent it over ASAP. He walked me through all of the payment options and explained everything perfectly. He was on call and at home with his family, but didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was bothering him. Jason arrived to do the work and he was amazing! Super personable guy, working late to finish what we had to do. He was kind, and explained everything in detail. He is truly so knowledgeable and great at what he does! He is detail oriented and truly cared about the quality of his work. We've used Right Now Plumbing and Heating a handful of times. They always respond really quickly (which we appreciated as two of the times were emergencies). They're always professional, and come prepared with everything they'll need regardless of how complicated the project is. My on demand water heater stopped working on a weekend, so called around to get some help fixing it during off hours. Right now was prompt and responsive, and the technician tried to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and FaceTime which was really great. Wasn’t able to fix over the phone though so he directed me on some more troubleshooting areas and he came by in person in a few hours. One hour of troubleshooting (off hours rate was $575), which seems high but fair the way things are these days. He troubleshot some more, emptied some traps on the system and wasn’t able to get it going. I had previously made hot water after the issue started so knew the unit wasn’t needing replacing, but he quoted me for a whole new system. $18k or $16.5k if I signed up for a monthly VIP service which was $50 per month. That price seemed way on the high range for what a replacement would cost for a unit my size. Ultimately he left, and I was able to keep focused on troubleshooting the issue for about an hour, and able to get everything running that evening. I learned a lot from asking the technician some questions when he was here, so likely wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without his help. So an expensive overall experience that I was able to navigate through. I have about a $500 replacement of a part that needs to happen, which I am taking care of myself. My advice to the company is stay focused on the issue at hand and not try to quote a whole new system unless all other options are examined and troubleshooting is exhausted.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I had the extreme displeasure of having to replace a water heater in an older mobile home. I had literally no idea where to start, and had originally been calling around to see if someone could repair the water heater. I called and spoke to Anecia and she was so helpful and kind! I was able to get someone out the very next day, for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, when Tyler came out - he informed me that the age of the heater prevented him from being able to repair it, and explained why - which I very much appreciated. They were able to quote me out on the spot for a new one. Lyndsey and Joy are amazing in the office - getting me the best quality product for a deal! I then was able to get the install scheduled within a few days of the original call - and when Tyler and his phenomenal team came to install - there was a structural issue I had to fix, but Lyndsey was able to keep me on the schedule for the next day and kept in contact to make sure it would still work for me, even helped me find a handyman to help with the issue at hand. I later ran into the whole crew while they were out and about for their holiday celebration and was able to chat with the owner. I was blown away by his kindness and the way he treated his employees. Right now will go above and beyond for a great price and without a long wait. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
