Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He had our AC unit fixed and cooling our home in no time!
Kayli
I called Right Now Plumbing and heating when our drain was backing up and found our sewer line was full of roots. Jeremy and Isaac came and were incredibly helpful throughout the process and offered good advice. I appreciated them! It was very expensive but I have no frame of reference for other plumbers used so it may be reasonable for the job.

Joe and his team were all a pleasure to work with. Would recommend highly, especially for heat pump and/or similar fossil fuel-alternative installations.

The team at Right Now Plumbing has been great to work with. I live out of state and I can always count on them to go out to my property quickly and they always call me with what’s going on and options to resolve. Quick quotes are sent with financing options. I don’t call anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our water heater went out Saturday afternoon and I didn’t know what to do about the horrible gas smell either. I sent a request for a quote on the website and received an auto reply stating someone would get ahold of us within 1-2 hours. Tyler called and explained the smell and put me at ease about that, he built an estimate within 20 minutes of a phone call and sent it over ASAP. He walked me through all of the payment options and explained everything perfectly. He was on call and at home with his family, but didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was bothering him. Jason arrived to do the work and he was amazing! Super personable guy, working late to finish what we had to do. He was kind, and explained everything in detail. He is truly so knowledgeable and great at what he does! He is detail oriented and truly cared about the quality of his work. Start to finish we are happy with Right Now Plumbing and Heating and plan on using them in the near future and for all projects down the road!
Charles
Had some a/c issues needed a cleaning and some other stuff. Isaac showed up and crushed it! Great service and great advice to keep maintaining things ourselves.
Candice
I had a very short-notice need for after-hours assistance a bit later on a Friday evening. A bathtub faucet handle had been broken in a way that required the main water to be shut off for the whole house, on a day that had reached almost 90°. Needless to say, I was stressin' badly. Jeremy was the on-call plumber and was able to help us out quickly and calmly (in contrast to my Mom Panic), and got us up and running again before kiddo's bedtime bath. Many thanks, Jeremy 🙏
Cathy
Our old galvanized pipes were totally clogged. The work they did was very professional. Our kitchen was back to working properly quickly. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable, and any work they is do is guaranteed. I was impressed how quickly they came 55 miles north from Missoula to do this work. I highly recommend Right Now Plumbing!
Julia

Loni
Fast service, very professional! Called for a non emergency leak on a Sunday, got a call back on Monday and scheduled for Wednesday per my request. Older mobile home where they had to get under the trailer and they had no issue!! I will be using them again if the need arises!
Matt
Great responsiveness and effective communication for sure, which says a lot for starters! They clearly value the business and do what they say they'll do, so the follow-up and attention to detail is also there. Great people!

Upon their arrival, they promptly assessed the situation following a loud noise I had heard. Within a few days, a new on-demand hot water system was installed. Their team includes electricians, which significantly expedited the process. They efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new one in a single day. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing requirements.

Sheryl
Only charged me for a service call to repair a leaking frost-free faucet at my well head. Discussed options for a more permanent repair, but did not pressure me into repairs that could be completed at a later date.
Katy
We've used Right Now Plumbing and Heating a handful of times. They always respond really quickly (which we appreciated as two of the times were emergencies). They're always professional, and come prepared with everything they'll need regardless of how complicated the project is. They have great in person, on the phone, and texting interactions so you know they understand the problem and how they plan on fixing it. Whatever they work on gets fixed right away and our normal life can pick back up right away. They aren't cheap but you do get the rapid response and professionalism, which is well worth it.
Verified Customer

They were courteous and fast. They removed the items under the sink but did not offer to assist putting them back for my 84 year old mother.

We had a surprise water heater outage. Others weren't willing to come quickly. Right Now fixed us same day. First, Lindsay, the rep who answered our call was kind and courteous. Uncommonly so. Jason, the tech who performed the service was equally courteous and communicative. Super professional experience. Thank you. Well done Right Now!

Semi-annual inspection/maintenance of HVAC and hot water heater. Tony went above and beyond by adjusting access to the HVAC filter. He also helped reprogram our thermostat to cool below 69°F. I am in the VIP Customer program and these services were included in my service contact. Tony did a very thorough job, and was efficient and friendly.
Alia

Imre
Tyler came out quickly, diagnosed our leaking hot water heater, and presented a number of options for us to choose from. Really happy with the service! Highly recommend!
Kathy
Tyler was great! I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and I can use my own facilities for the first time in days. If there's a next time, I'll just call them right away instead of thinking I can fix it myself. I didn't make it worse, but I didn't help either.
Paul
Excellent service! Had a hot water heater issue after moving in and Right Now Plumbing and Heating took care of everything. They replaced the unit, helped troubleshoot an airflow problem, and were patient and kind throughout. 10/10 recommend. Thanks, Right Now team!
Lehia
The receptionist was very helpful, I believe her name is joy or Joyce. I was not sure if what I needed was an hvac issue or an electrical issue and she was able to confirm that it was an hvac problem. I did pay the first invoice late but I am still use to paper invoices not electronic invoices. I did pay the second one right away. Heads up to people using their services in the future who are still use to paper invoices (i cant be the only one left) you pay the same day they provide the service or they charge you a 1.5 % fee for every day your late. The invoice will be in your email which I now understand wht they needed an email. I live 57 miles away from their location so it cost $120 just to get them out here to see what the problem was. Then they had to order the part. They sent an estimate and came out the same day I approved. It was $548 for a second trip here and the installation of a line voltage thermostat. This was for a rental unit and they did a great job or I would have heard different by now. I would recommend them for anyone looking for hvac services. It would be lovely to reach through the internet and give them a gold star. 😀
Michael

Tracey
Appointment date was scheduled promptly. Jason was professional and efficient when installing the water heater. I recommend Right Now Plumbing!
Steven
Brent (I think was his name) was very good. Complete and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. I paid $4,000 total. I had an off/on valve installed to shut off city water. I was charged $500 for that valve. The same valve (brass) $30.00 at Ace Hardware and $100.00 labor at the most. (Clipped) plus I was charged $50.00 for travel and I a local, in town, Missoula guy. My total should have been less than $3500.00 but it was $4,000.00. I will recommend Right Now but I will also say to price everything in advance. And Brent was a top shelf installer.
Janet
Tyler responded promptly and professionally to replacing our kitchen faucet. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I was particularly grateful for his explanations of what he was doing, how things worked, and how we should watch for potential problems. He also saw future plumbing problems, explained what would need to happen, and what we should watch for. I would ask for his help again!
Megan

We had an issue with our furnace. It had gone out on a fairly cold evening. We were able to use a space heater overnight. Our neighbor suggested right now plumbing. I called them at 3:00 p.m. and they were there the next morning by 9:30 a.m. . Anthony was extremely professional and I will definitely use them again and I will definitely use them again.

You know how when you're trying to do some simple quick project on your home but then you start to learn the previous homeowner had a much higher tolerance for risk that you do? And part of you can't help but admire their penchant for making terrible choices but another part of you is now very anxious about your house blowing up? Anywho these guys really know what they are about. Our tech was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also showed us where our water heater is which had been a significant mystery for like two years (I had no idea you could even hide one).

Jeremy was excellent! It always sucks to have to call a plumber on a Saturday, very frustrating. However, Jeremy put me at ease with his calmness and knowledge. I really appreciated his honesty in what my next options were and that he had a suggestion of a business to follow up with. Instead of trying to figure out who can help me with the next step I needed done. Thanks Jeremy!
Diego
Jeremy and Greg came earlier than expected, were very communicative about what the issue under my sink was and repaired the problem very quickly. I highly recommend their work.

Everyone I met from Right Now, including the owner, Joe, was a great experience. They were all professional and friendly. I would recommend Right Now to anyone looking for your type of business. I had a furnace installed for my house and a heater for my attached garage. I’ve had to deal with many over the last 25 years in different houses and have not been pleased at all. Especially Anderson’s and Sutton. Don’t know how they manage to stay in business. So, thank you Right Now. 😊
Jennifer
I am so thankful for the service we received from Right Now! Tyler came, assessed our cracked fittings, and fixed them very quickly. He was very thorough in his explanations of what was needed, what he could do, and even offered to finish installing the faucet for me. Then, upon payment, we got a military discount. I will call Right Now Plumbing and Heating for my future repairs! Thank you, Tyler, for being awesome!

This company really helped out our church with our boiler needs after we struggled with other local companies cancelling multiple appointments on us or trying to charge an arm and a leg. Right Now was reliable and gave an exact quote up front. They provided quick service and were professional and nice. We will be calling them again when we need work done.

Moved into my first home in the beginning of January, and had an issue with my washer spigots. Being stressed out from the move, and having a plumbing issue I called around. Right Now had an opening the same day. They came by, inspected the issue and they fixed it really fast. While the expense was not anticipated, my peace of mind and their warranty made every penny worth it. I highly recommend Right Now!
Nicole

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I had the extreme displeasure of having to replace a water heater in an older mobile home. I had literally no idea where to start, and had originally been calling around to see if someone could repair the water heater. I called and spoke to Anecia and she was so helpful and kind! I was able to get someone out the very next day, for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, when Tyler came out - he informed me that the age of the heater prevented him from being able to repair it, and explained why - which I very much appreciated. They were able to quote me out on the spot for a new one. Lyndsey and Joy are amazing in the office - getting me the best quality product for a deal! I then was able to get the install scheduled within a few days of the original call - and when Tyler and his phenomenal team came to install - there was a structural issue I had to fix, but Lyndsey was able to keep me on the schedule for the next day and kept in contact to make sure it would still work for me, even helped me find a handyman to help with the issue at hand. I later ran into the whole crew while they were out and about for their holiday celebration and was able to chat with the owner. I was blown away by his kindness and the way he treated his employees. Right now will go above and beyond for a great price and without a long wait. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
John
Jeremy showed up on time within the estimated arrival window. He was able to assess and fix our exterior leaking faucet quickly and efficiently, and came in charging less than we originally expected! We are very satisfied with the job well done!

Bob
I was referred to Joe & Right Now plumbing from a Missoula born & raised friend because they are the "real deal". I agree 100% I just bought a 4-Prex that had 60 years of deferred maintenance & sub-par upgrades to the electric & plumbing/HVAC. Honestly if they didn't have to do Meth Remediation, I don't think the previous owners would have done anything to the place. I had Joe in to evaluate what I wanted to upgrade, he was right with me thinking a long the same lines, his expertise & experience (generational knowledge) in doing upgrades within the city was immediately obvious. LISTEN TO HIM, watch his Instagram @rightnowplumbingandheating he's the "real deal" You'll get the BEST advice & service I highly recommend their VIP monthly PAMPERING Seriously, you avoid overtime costs, even for weekends & holidays. Have you ever had a plumber out on the weekend at night ? Just ONE visit and you've saved enough to pay for it for the year. ANYWAY, they are doing a complete upgrade (from the water main in the street), to ALL the fixtures in the 4-plex. I'll be adding before & after shots so you can see the difference quality & experience makes. -Bob

Everything you need and nothing you don't in plumbing and heating service. A truly spectacular performance. Before / after pictures tell the whole story.

Right Now Plumbing and Heating has served our home plumbing needs on two occasions in the past year. The first repair, for a drippy shower head and clogged sink, went very well, and is still working fine a year later. Our most recent call was to install a new Toto toilet in our guest bath. The water supply line had to be moved due to a faulty original installation which would have made the water connection too tight. Drywall had to be removed to access the new water supply location. After I repaired and painted the drywall and preparing to set the toilet, I discovered that the shut off valve was the wrong size. Fearing that I would have to remove the drywall again, I called Right Now and they sent Tyler and Toby out the very next day. They quickly replaced the valve with out removing the dry wall and even threw in the connection hose at no cost. In fact we were not charged for this replacement service. We highly recommend Right Now Plumbing and Heating and will keep them on speed dial for future needs.
Denise
Needed an emergency visit on a Sunday and Jeremy showed up in a short time. He explained everything clearly and fixed the issue. Also explained what needs to be a longer term solution. He was friendly and did a great job. Would use again but hoping I won’t need to. Highly recommend
Emily
Of all the plumbers I called on a Sunday for a backed up basement drain, only two responded and only Right Now was able to come the same day. Jeremy responded quickly to our emergency and fixed our problem ASAP!
Jason
Very quick, quality, professional service with Jeremy. On short notice and a busy Friday, was able to get to the house to snake a clogged drain. Would definitely use again.
Mary
We had an emergency that needed immediate attention. A 92 y/o vet lost his heat last Friday during the middle of the night. He was so cold. Saturday we called Right Now Plumbing and Heating, and a technician arrived an hour later. The problem was fixed, and the heat restored. Thank you for your quick response!
Heather
Jerame arrived at my home,on time and was professional, efficient and honest. He did not try to say there was more work that needed to be done, than was actually needed. He actually said the repair was so small that he wasn't going to charge me and completed it for free and offered a lot of advice which was helpful as I am a new home buyer. I highly recommend this company and they will be the only company I use going forward.
Linda
Tyler was punctual and very kind. He was fast and efficient and explained everything he was doing. Would hire again, thanks Tyler!
Brie
These guys are fast, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Jeremy and Toby were able to help me identify and provide short and long-term solutions for issues that arose with some intricate plumbing that I have in my home. They very patient with explaining Plumbing processes to me so that I could make an informed decision about my next steps, and I will definitely be contacting them again the next time I run into trouble.
Jared
I broke an old faucet shutoff valve on Sunday afternoon. Water was quickly leaking out of the broken valve, so I needed to get it fixed right away. I called and had a tech at my house within an hour and he had the repair completed quickly. He was friendly and professional. I appreciate him being on call and available on a Sunday night to bail me out! I absolutely recommend these guys.
Monica
I called, no knowing if it had to do w/recent septic work (3 days prior) or just coincidence. He asked alot of questions wich helped me decide to have him come out. He gave me an estimate & it ended up being more but he had to do more & was very honest about the cost & other possible options. It's not easy being a woman alone to figure these things out & make confident decisions. He made it easy. Thank you!!
Lori
So nice to have a friendly person answer the phone & not an AI. Showed up when they said they would. Efficient & friendly. Thank you for having pre-Covid service.

I had three issues with plumbing/HVAC. Jeremy showed up on time and was very courteous. He offered advice as what I should do and though I agreed, he did not push additional work on me. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Repair is 100% better than the original work. I hope to have them back out for additional work. Tony also arrived to fix my furnace during the same time as the plumbing repair. He was also awesome. Extremely friendly as well. He diagnosed the problem and got the part immediately to repair it. Both guys were awesome, quick and fair with their assessments and advice. Price was on par with what was expected for the work and dealing with them was great from start to finish.

Further, the wonderful lady on the phone was very polite and efficient.

Really impressed and appreciative of the service I received from Right Now Plumbing and Heating. I had a warranty issue with my air conditioner system over the busy 4th of July weekend. I called Right Now knowing they’d take care of me and my issue but didn’t expect them to get on it so quick and work tirelessly until we were back up and running. I’m really impressed with their quality of work, their communication and commitment to me as a customer to make sure we were taken care of. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of Plumbing and or HVAC help. Thank you Right Now Plumbing and Heating!
Casey
My family and I used Right Noe Plumbing and Heating a few days before thr 4th of July. I absolutely can't say enough good things about the company, and to an even bigger degree, the crew! It was a multiple day, large job. Three split unit AC's inside, with the outside main unit. These guys were on time every single morning, despite having to drive 50 miles to get to Hamilton, to even start the job. They ran into a few problems. Some small, and some pretty big. Absolutely none of these problems were their fault. Let me be clear on that. Things like they ordered a part, and it showed up bent. No matter what was thrown at them, they remained the most professional group of people that you could imagine. They finished up on July 3rd. My daughters upstairs bedroom was 92°. On the 4th of July, it was 68 in her room. Huge thank you to the company, and 3 guys in particular. Tony, Curt, and especially Anthony. They were all amazing, but Anthony went above and beyond. First one to show up everyday. Apologizing for things that were out of his control. Knew his craft backwards and forwards. Simply amazing people. Casey Cardwell

I would have called Right Now P&H a long time ago instead of competitors had I known their service was so stellar. After home inspection found a water leak in our ceiling, Jeremy and staff showed up at the end of a long workday, and identified and fixed the problem quickly so our buyers can worry a lot less. Joy was also on it because of the urgency and recommended a drywall co. to complete the job. Big thanks to y'all.

Huge thanks to Jeremy the plumber for fixing my leaky outdoor faucet. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and worked fast. He cut through the drywall like it owed him money, and got everything working perfectly. Highly recommend-just keep him away from any walls you're emotionally attached to.
Eric
Jeremy from Right Now Plumbing arrived on schedule, repaired two plumbing issues with upgraded fixtures returning functionality to the sprinkler system, and explained details of a complicated plumbing installation by a previous plumbing service I couldn’t ask for more intelligent, professional and timely service. Right Now Plumbing will be my first call next time.

Peter
Right Now Plumbing and Heating installed our water heater 10 months ago at a fair price and with great service. We recently discovered that there was a minor issue with the install during a home inspection. Upon contacting them they were immediately understanding, scheduled a visit the next day, even the owner swung out to check the problem and called a crew out to completely fix the install issue plus more. To say I am satisfied is an understatement, great company, great response time, 10/10 would recommend.
Peggy
Jeremy did a great job fixing my plumbing problem today. I highly recommend his work.
John
Brent showed up on time and when I showed him my plumbing issue. He said "I could fix this in my sleep." This soothed my anxiety and gave me confidence in his ability. Sure enough, he fixed the problem fast. He then checked the other fixtures in the house to make sure everything was running smooth. His demeanor was positive and professional. I would highly recommend.
Charlie
After 26 years of living in my old Missoula house, a washing machine drain in my back room decided to clog and back up. A clogged drain may not sound like a big deal, but it can be pretty stressful when you suddenly can’t wash stuff whenever you’d like. I called up Right Now after my regular plumber was booked up and they got me an appointment. Tyler and Jeremy pulled up, assessed the sitch, bounced a few ideas off one another and drew up a plan. They informed me of my options - one VERY pricey and intense, but it would fix it once and for all. I’m just not financially in a place where I can do that right now. So we punted with Option Two. They got to work, cleared the drain and got me back in business. Really impressed with this company.
Desrai
Took them three ac units to get one that wasn't dated. The guys were great and so informative.
Gary
Jeremy just left from installing a replacement pump. He was polite and efficient. Cost seemed reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Kari
Jeremy did a great job installing my kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job on clean up. He was also very prompt in getting me an estimate for future work. Thank you!
Bryan
These guys showed up fast, were respectful, and helped me figure out the root of my problem. It was far beyond just roots in the sewer drain. I appreciate that they even had the boss out here helping yet stuck to the quote at the beginning as well as gave me the veteran discount. Oh as I was about to say they used a snake camera after clearing all of the roots out and took a video so my property management company knew what the exact issue at hand was! So they can choose who they want to have it fixed by due to having a contract with another company. I will use their service again once I move. The only reason I can not now is due to my property management company already using specific companies.
Michael
Brent is the best Professional, respectful, and he cleans up After 👍👍👍👍👍
Sara

I was pleasantly surprised that Right Now could tackle my hot water heater issue the next day after I called. The technician came and accessed the hot water heater and unfortunately I had to replace the 8 year old unit due to hard water corrosion. I had hoped that it was fixable but it wasn’t. The technician made a few calls and within a couple of hours, a brand new water heater was installed. I was very appreciative of the rapid response and the willingness to get the job done quickly. Certainly not everyone is ready for a big home repair bill but it what it is, hot water is a necessity. Right Now was clean and professional and I’m glad to be one their customers.

We were very happy with the repair work done on our furnace. We have had quite a bit of problems with this install however they have been great to come out and address as needed. Our build was at the end of Covid, supply chain was a mess and keeping good employees was a challenge. So we give a bit of a pass re our issues. As long as they continue to address problems quickly and leave with all well done then I’m happy to give the 5 star. Hopefully this is the last glitch.
Verified Customer
Professionally job from office staff to installers. On time and finished job in 1.5 hours. Completely cleaned up after job.

I'm the middle of a Montana cold snap I went into work and the thermostat said it was 52°. That is not normal for our office. I called several Heating places and they were telling me they were 5 days out. I called Right Now Heating & Plumbing and they got to my office in 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem, flew the part in by overnight special delivery, plus they loaned me 2 heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. The tech was great, polite, clean, fast and knew his job. He did what he said he could do. A great guy! RIGHT NOW HEATING & PLUMBING is the number I will call first from now on. They saved the day! Thank you!

Joe gave us the estimate for the work we wanted. Tony and Jeremy did a wonderful job of installing a new electric hot water heater, bathtub faucet and a Flo Smart Water Shutoff. Tony handled the electrical wiring and appropriate breaker. Jeremy installed the Flo Smart and helped us with the Flo Smart App to gain the full benefits of it.
Debbie

His attention to detail and expertise made the entire experience positive and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and professional these days. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality furnace repair!

The kitchen sink in one of our rentals became clogged and we contacted Right Now Plumbing and Heating located in Missoula. They had an opening the following day, evaluated what needed done and worked on getting us a bid. We have used this same company to replace a furnace and a hot water tank in two different rentals. They have given us reasonable bids and do honest work. We trust this company in Missoula and recommend it to others. Two days later: Our kitchen drain line was plumbed wrong many years ago and we needed new plumbing from the kitchen sink to the main sewer line in the house. Although we were told they were booked for at least one week, two days later, they replaced the pipes. Our tenants are happy and Right Now Plumbing and Heating is our #1 plumbing company. We have used 2+ other companies and they either over charge or haven’t done satisfactory work.

It was intense and I was terrified that the floor was going to need to be ripped up... but Eddy (the plumber on the job) was able to solve the issue.
