We’ve been taking care of folks along Highway 200 and throughout the area for years now, from places out near Wild Horse Plains to houses along the Clark Fork River. We’re not some big outfit sending guys from 3 states over, we’re local to MT.
We fix all leaky faucets, busted pipes, full repipes the list goes on. Our plumbers in missoula have worked on houses that are over 70 years old and brand new builds, so believe me when I say every house has its quirks but we work around them/with them.
Nobody wants cold showers when it’s 10 degrees outside. We install tank heaters, tankless systems, whatever fits your house and what you want to spend. We work to get you hot water back as quickly as we can when yours goes out.
Kitchen sinks packed with grease, main lines full of tree roots (those cottonwoods look great until they don’t, right?), we clear it all. We use cameras so we can actually see what’s going on down there. It allows us to fix things pretty quick.
I know we’re not exactly known for heat waves, but Plains summers can hit the 90s, and window units only do so much. We put in central air systems sized right for your actual house. If your house was built back when AC wasn’t really a thing around here, we can add it too.
Whether you’re hooking up a new stove, putting in a gas fireplace, or you smell gas somewhere near your place, you’d best call us. Our guys are licensed and certified. We do installations, test everything for pressure and leaks, and handle emergency calls.
These things take a beating. When they jam up or start leaking under your sink, it’s usually at a crappy time. We put in good disposals that actually last longer than the cheap ones builders throw in.
We’ve built our business one job at a time, doing it right. A lot of our customers have repeatedly called us for years.
We do emergency calls because we know what it’s like when your creature comforts suddenly go away, it’s not a pleasant experience.
Our whole team, owner included, is from Montana. We live amongst you, not hundreds and hundreds of miles away. Local is best.
Right Now Plumbing and Heating serves all of the area including places near:
Yes. Every year. Plains gets cold November through March. Just disconnect your hoses in October, shut the valve off inside, drain the lines.
Super common in areas with well water. It’s hydrogen sulfide gas in the groundwater. A good whole-home filter system with an oxidizer usually fixes it.
Every 2-3 months. The air gets dusty, especially in summer and fall. The more the merrier with this topic.
Happens all the time. Cottonwoods, willows, poplars, etc. Get a camera inspection every couple years if you’ve got big trees near your line.
Depends. They work great in Plains, but they cost more up front and your house needs the right gas line or electrical setup.
Yeah. The efficiency on new furnaces is 30, 40 percent better. Plus the risk of failure is much higher the more you wait.
