Four 10 Hour Days

Our regular daytime field schedule features four 10 hour workdays, typically 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a paid 30-minute lunch.

Scheduled Four-Day Weekends

Employees participating in our rotation also receive scheduled four-day weekends throughout the year.

No Rotating On Call

No rotating on call requirement for our regular daytime positions. We have separate, dedicated after hours roles.

Your specific schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Current Daytime Openings

Plumbing

Licensed Service Plumbers

We're looking for journeyman or master plumbers who can diagnose problems, explain repair options clearly, and complete dependable work in residential and light-commercial settings.

Experience with plumbing repairs, water heaters, water distribution, drain and waste piping, fixtures, and water-treatment systems is valuable. You should be comfortable working independently while communicating with the office and the rest of the team.

Out-of-state licensed plumbers are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have the appropriate Montana plumbing license before performing work that requires it.

HVAC Service

HVAC Service Technicians

We're looking for experienced technicians who can troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related controls.

You should be comfortable diagnosing system performance, completing repairs and maintenance, documenting your findings, and explaining options to customers. Appropriate EPA refrigerant certification is a qualification for positions involving refrigerant work.

We value accurate diagnosis, honest recommendations, and repairs you stamp your last name on.

HVAC Installation

Lead HVAC Retrofit Installers

Take ownership of residential retrofit projects involving furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and ductwork. We're looking for someone who can plan the installation, coordinate the crew, solve problems, and deliver a clean, properly commissioned system.

This position is for an experienced installer ready to lead, not for someone who needs another tech to manage every step.

Journeyman Plumber: $75 per Hour

Nights Weekends Holidays

Prefer a dedicated after-hours role rather than a regular daytime shift? We're also hiring an experienced journeyman plumber for emergency service during agreed-upon on-call blocks.

This is a separate on-call position, with service hours varying according to demand. The role includes professional dispatch support, a company truck, fuel, tools and equipment, and access to benefits subject to eligibility. Availability, scheduling, and compensation details will be discussed before an offer is accepted.
